Due to unavoidable circumstances, the academy had to be shifted over to Roorkee, very recently and is established on the second floor of Irrigation Design Organization Building of Uttarakhand Government. Presently Hostel/Mess facilities are being provided to the trainees at Design Field Hostel & proposal of Construction of new hostel cum academy building, in the I.D.O. Premises, is under consideration.
